Trade Account Terms

1. Account Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses. We reserve the right to request proof of business registration (VAT certificate, Companies House registration, etc.) before or after account approval.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on the trade portal are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout at the current UK rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your tier discount is applied automatically based on your account level.

3. Payment

Payment can be made via card (through Stripe) or by invoice. Invoice payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to stock availability. We will notify you of any items that cannot be fulfilled. Minimum order values may apply depending on your tier.

5. Delivery

Delivery is via courier to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

6. Returns

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be authorised before sending back. Please contact us for returns procedure.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate trade accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem inappropriate.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the trade portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.
